Any diesel vehicle can use biodiesel. The hard part is filtering and purifying the grease.
as to electric cars, any golf cart manufacturer should be able to help. Also Tesla Motors has a nice car.

Any diesel vehicle can operate off of a mixure of 10% FAME (bio-diesel) and regular diesel fuel. Most newer diesel vehicles can run on 100% FAME.
Yes, you can buy a number of overpriced, underperforming electric cars.
