the only thing i really know to do is to wait until the shortest layers grow out enough and then cut your hair to that length. It might take a while, but it'll save you from having to cut it all off.

you could get a side fringe and get the bottoms evened uppp, it wont take much off your hair length.
also if you dont wana do that u can just straighten the ends and it wll look fine.

you could straigten it and it will look edgy. or if u dont like that u can put it in a semi high pony when its straighted ad ur layers will stick out kinda and that looks cute. it also looks cute in a semi high semi side pony too.
