Because I was told that you had to have had filed it with them before, but then some people say that you dont so im just trying to find out which is true?????

Thanks for your response's but I went and got it which I have never filed taxes with them before and they still gave it to me. They didnt even mention that

Stay away from those advances. For $5 I file my clients tax returns electronically and almost all get a refund in their bank accounts in 10 business days or less. Less for most states. Those advances are corporate greed at its worst.

To qualify, H & R Block must've done your taxes for either 2005 or 2006 (online preparation doesn't count).
Other requirements apply.

You are suppose to be a previous client. The bank has to know who you are.
