Ok so I've only had 1 lucid dream. At first it was a regular dream and it was at my school. A camera and a bulldozer were battling in the hall.....weird, I know. But I was the camera, so I could zoom around but the bulldozer was too big. Then it transitioned into another dream where I was holding the camera. I realized I was dreaming, then made myself hover, but I could feel my actual body lying on my bed. I was freaked out at first so I tried to scream, but no sound came out. I could clench my fists in my lucid dream body though so I had some control. I'm scared that if I lucid dream again I won't be able to control my body and I won't be able to end the dream when I want to or something. And I heard about the spirit guides? And how you can 'summon' them in your lucid dream? That seems really scary to me! I don't know, it seems so weird. I just don't want to have a half-lucid half-freaky spiritual dream where something happens or I lose control....what to do?

I would not focus as much on lucid dreaming, but would focus more on getting tougher spiritually so as to be able to handle whatever comes your way in your dreams and in life. Meditation, mind-body exercise, eating healthy, and not overindulging will make you strong spiritually. Also read up on the spiritual. I have had many extremely real like dreams, but I have always let them just happen. Intense meditation, mind-body training, and a strong spiritual focus will produce intense dreams without having to worry about making them happen.

Anything or person you summon in a lucid dream is merely a part of your own imagination, but it will help you and comfort you. You can get rid of anyone in your dream too. The best way to do anything in a dream is to imagine it the best you can. Wave your hand over an area and transform it. If you don't believe it won't work. Don't doubt your powers.

Don't be freaked out about lucid dreams. The reason why you panicked was because you didn't have full control. You knew it was a dream, but you didn't have the confidence and assurance you need to control it. It's like riding a horse. You have to have power over it or else you'll get scared, panic, and the horse will take off running. You need to grab the reins and think, "I can do this."

Also, don't get too excited or scared because you'll lose control and the dream will be over. Your subconscious will always try to find out ways to get you to not know it's a dream even if it plants false memories in your head or changes the dream on you. If you want to end a dream, get really excited and start dancing, sometimes it will wake you up, or wait it out in a nice room with flowers and people you like and you will be transported into another dream.

One method to get there is to imagine a door. A door in a wall or in the ground. You can see there is a bright light behind the door. You can hear laughing and people having a party. You open the door to find everyone is there having a big party with drinks, food and party hats. There's music playing and a lot of bright light and everyone is having a good time. Enter it and close the door behind you and you will no longer be in your nightmare or bad situation you are in.

try this, have a beautiful and out of the ordinary day, break your routine, do everything different all day long, while doing this task, exhaust yourself until you cannot go anymore, at the end of the day, be very relaxed and think positive about your life, see what happens
