Have you tried wearing a sanitary pad back there , or maybe a change in diet would help

I would get a second opinion from a doctor to be honest

It may be your diet especially since you said it doesn't seem to happen as much when you are constipated. Maybe you need to get a second opinion though because it isn't normal and I can imagine it would be very traumatizing for a girl your age. Also talk with your parents about it to see if they can check on line or help somehow. I'm very sorry dear, I don't have anything else to offer Good Luck!

Awe... you poor thing... that must make you feel really self-conscience. Nonetheless, there are ways to treat fecal incontinence. Only in extreme cases do doctors recommend surgery, and it doesn't sound like you'd be one of those cases. Depending on the cause of your incontinence, treatment may include dietary changes, medications, or special exercises that help you better control your bowels. I'd talk to your parents and see about getting another doctor's opinion.

Do you eat a lot of potato chips or a lot of things with oleo/oleic acid as an ingredient? I've heard that this ingredient can cause this. It very well could be diet related. You may want to look at this website : http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/5837300-description.html at the paragraph beginning with "Nondigestible or nonabsorbable..."

I agree about the acidophilus pills. You can also look them up as probiotics. They can be bought at any drugstore. You should also make a change to your diet. Plenty of water and add more fiber. Try a bowl of raisin bran for breakfast.

I would talk to your parents about getting a second opinion. Especially if that visit did not do anything for you. Maybe see several doctors and just explain your situation I am sure someone might be able to help you.
