Internet dating sites are very intriging and somewhat addictive...but can you truly find love on there...or do you think a lot of ppl just misrepresent themselves...and ppl trying to use u to get a visa...or get u to pay for their plane tickets...ridiculous...what do you think...

yes you certainly can.....after all its just another way of meeting potential partners. the only thing that i would advise is that, you have to be very carefull meeting someone for the first time, and get to know them through corresponding in some way first for a few months. I know that looks should not be important, but, you must be able to fancy the person....so try to get a picture of the person you are interested in, befor you meet up for the first time. If you do decide to eventually meet up with someone from a dating site, then, go on your first date where you are not going to be alone. Just remember, there are lots of nice people out there, as well as nasty......you just have to use your judgement.

I believe people can find love anywhere. I think the most reliable, self-helping, dating website i've come across so far is e-harmony.com For a couple reasons:
-If you are even seperated it will not allow you to use the dating service, but instead let you use the eharmony marriage service and you can take a really helpful personality test on your marriage.
-The personality test for the dating service is extremely thorough and helpful to yourself. It lets you get a real insight on who you are as a person and what you are looking for in a mate. It takes 30 mins. Other websites aren't like that at all.
So if your just fooling around or married and using the dating service, you won't be on long and won't take the time to take the test. It seems pretty serious.

It depends.
If you believe love at first sight, if you are easy to be attracted by nice women's photos (if you are a guy), if you know how to judge a real person or just a fake profile, if you don't mind long-distance romance, if you are willing to pay for the one in whom you are intereted...... You can find love on dating site.
But believe me, it's not difficult actually if you really know what you want. You see, one of my best friends met his sweet lady on a site called cncupid.com/photo/romance. That's a positive example.
However, think it over before you tend to dating site for romance.

i think that if you are destined to meet someone via an internet site then so be it! some people do find genuine love because they become attracted to the person they meet. However, when one does visit these sites, it is practical to use one's head also, so as to be able to distinguish between those who are really and sincerely looking for a partner, and against those who are merely looking for a 'victim'.

I think it is possible. The reality is that people lie so much that most people believe the lies they tell are truth. Honest people do exist but they are rare. If you could find a person who was willing to tell you the truth about themselves and you were honest with them - you might. But most of the people out there are lying.

I am in love with a man I met on yahoo personals!! It does happen....I am sure some ppl do lie and are not what they say they are but it can happen I promise it happened to ME!!

well i believe u can FIND love on the internet...but u cant FALL in love on the internet...i dont care wat anyone says...u cant truly love someone unless u are with them...through hard times and bad...i believe u can find love...but cant fall in love on the internet
