If its just the nut itself and not the whole shell then it will be fine unless its showing signs of an allergy attack then get it to vet ASAP. If no signs then your dog will be fine. I feed my Beagle walnuts/almonds/cashews UNSALTED as a snack once in awhile and only a half a cup. The vet told me it was fine if the dog likes to eat it. If they ate the whole shell then contact the vet as it could do more damage then good.

I don't believe walnuts are a huge concern. Just monitor him/her for signs of distress (nausea, vomiting, etc.). I know it's easy to get paranoid over your pets because you don't want anything to happen to them. My dog ate two chocolate-chip & M&M cookies Xmas eve and I freaked out about the chocolate but she was totally fine.

It will be fine. I have a min pin who got in to a can of mixed nuts and he was ok. It may cause a little belly ache, but one nut shouldn't. Just keep an eye on the pooch and if it begins to act odd, or sick, make sure it is hydrated and call the vet. But I really think it will be ok.

Nothing. One of my dogs weighs just over 3 lbs and she has gotten into nuts and all kinds of junk. He'll be fine.

With the shell on? If so, you need to call a vet as the shell is sharp and could cause internal bleeding.
