Yes, the sperm will go into your stomach where it somehow manages to survive the horrid conditions that involve stomach acid. From there it will permeate through the extremely strong lining of your stomach and out into your body cavity where it will subsequently find your fallopian tubes and finally your egg cell for fertilization.

no you can not get pregnant by giving a guy a bj. but u need to be carefull if u do give them one cause u can get this thing were u get soresin ur mouth and they wont go away. and if ur think givein a bj to a guy isn't havin sex well ur wrong it is.
