how long can "lust" last? i mean is their anyway that i can confuse real love with lust? i know i can... but theirs is no way it can go one for years?!?!?

it can last as long as you want it to -- even years -- but it's rare in today's couples. no one slows down their lives long enough anymore, so if lust exists it's usually because the sex/partner are both new and exciting. Also, women tend to be more sexually aggressive in the days right before their period... the time during which they can conceive, so that may up the ante for lust in women.

it doesn't last like love does but the problem is some are for love and others are for lust.
