Greseofulvin by mouth, liquid.
Lyme Sulfur dips once a week.
Should do the trick.
Oh yeah, diluted bleach is the only thing that will kill it on surfaces.

My indoor cat had this when he was about 4 or 5 months old. Wouldn't go away.. finally the vet shaved the area where he had it (on his head) - it looked ridiculous but it allowed me to really rub the cream in there. The medicine wasn't getting to the skin before he shaved it.
I used a diluted solution of iodine, and then would rub in some antifungal cream - Clomatrizol I think? Your vet could tell you what to use. Anyway, I highly recommend the shaving so you can get to the ringworm and get the cream on there. (the vet can do it with electric clippers - don't try to do it yourself). It went away afer that. Wash your hands when you're done!

Ringworm is tough. I've seen the lyme dips work, but they take time. Unfortunately, nothing can clear it overnight. Make sure you thoroughly clean anything she's been in contact with. It can keep reappearing on her, and it could also spread to you. You're on the right track, hon.

Use a black light to determine where the source of the ringworm is. It may be an old toy, etc. Clean the source up with a bleach solution or throw it out.

My vet gave them Sarnacyl ( a kind of ointment). It worked wonders. I'm in Mexico and I don't know if it's available in the U.S. but here's the link. Click on "Contactenos" to find out if they can send it to you.

It has:
Clotrimazol 2.5g
Sulfatiazol sodico 5g
Acido Borico 0.75g
Piroxicam
