It depends on what you did to break probation. If it was simply not showing up for your appointment or paying the fine as agreed to, it would be a security level commiserate with the original crime. If on the other hand you get caught robbing a bank, you will be in with other bank robbers.

If you violate probation, you usually serve the remainder of your sentence for the original offense. The level of security should be the same as what you would have had for that offense. My GUESS is relatively low security. If your offense warranted HIGH security, you should not have been on probation.

Expect to go back to jail, You were released by the court on probation in hopes that you would be smart enough to stay out of trouble for the period of the probation. Sitting in jail for a while usually shakes a few brain cells loose and people magically get a little smarter. Expect that you will get no preferential treatment.... you'll be in with everybody else.

Well since these other two guys just sprouted off a bunch of gobbledygook, here goes. It depends on what county your in and how their classification department decides to house you. In some counties they house murderers with jaywalkers and in some they separate based on charges, criminal history, medical issues and other criteria. So it really depends on State law and the policy of the particular county your in....

I guess you people can't read. He's not asking whether or not you think he's a good citizen(I know, none of you people have ever broken any laws)or how much time he's going to get. He's asking about how he's going to be classified in jail. If you don't know the answer, take your mouse and and keep scrolling!!!!
