You will most likely be charged with a conviction on the first ticket..... the one you got supervision for. And if you're convicted on the second one.... that will be 2........Many states will suspend your driver's license after 3 convictions for moving violations within a 12 month period. And as Bear says.... some states don't wait for three convictions in the cases of young drivers, and will suspend their licenses after 2 tickets.

If you live in Illinois, that second ticket earned you a three month suspension under the new graduated driver laws.

DEPENDING UPON STATES LAWS.
MOST STATES HAVE GONE TO A STRICTER LEVEL OF TICKETS AND YOUTHFUL OFFENDERS?
IF YOUR LICENSE IS NOT REVOKED YOUR INSURANCE MAY BE?
IF NOT REVOKED IT WILL BE SO HIGH YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE INSURANCE WHICH IS NOW MANDATORY IN ALL 50 STATES AND CANADA?
