For the last few months, I have been having dreams involving the world's fate, tornadoes that barely miss me or my house, visiting 2 past homes where I was abused before I went to live with my aunt, and friend's dying? It never fails! I know the one dream that has me concerned is that ww3 will be started by Russia when they try to invade surrounding areas. Do these have meaning? Am I some sort of future seer?

It does not mean that you are a seer, but God does show people warnings in dreams so that they can seek Him and avoid destruction. King Nebudchanezzar was kind of Babylon and was not under the salvation of God, but God still showed him what was to come in the future. The same with the King of Egypt during the days of Joseph the Prophet.

there is no such thing as a future-seer.
that's a satanic view. the only person who can
predict the future is God.
