Okay,I know this product has gotten a bad rep because Jessica Simpson's retarded blonde self is representing it, but as someone who suffered from two adolecent summers of full blown acne,I'm telling you,it works. It's called Pro Active. You used to only be able to buy it over the phone from the late night t.v. ads,but I'm pretty sure that since then it's moved to stores.I also believe that they have come out with a body wash for pimples, clogged pores, and blackheads on the rest of your bod, too. I personally have never found a product that completly got rid of blackheads.Pro Active made a noticeable diffrence, though.I have also noticed that if you follow your skin cleansing rituals evey night when you shower, no skipping!, it really helps.Another product you might try is Neutragena-they have really good and effective stuff for face and body.A cheap and natural easy step to take evey night is to rub a cup of sugar-fine grained-over your damp face and body until it has dissolved. Then wash thouroughly.(This will also leave you tasting sweet for you current boyfriend/girlfriend...) The sugar acts as a natural exfoliant, won't dry your skin out,or irritate you.It is gentle enough to be used every day, and really gets the dirt and sweat out of your pores. I hope you take this information and make the best of it. I only know it has worked for me.
Also,as a proffesional dancer, if you have a problem with stinky feet, soak them in hot tea every night for two weeks. Tea has all sorts of good nutrients and antioxedents. It works.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

There many options to try among the first should be increasing the amount of times a day you cleanse the affected area. Anything that will open up your pores such as saunas could help. Theres topical antibiotics that help prevent the growth of bacteria thus decreasing pimples. In sever cases theres acutane which is highly effective in severe cases but a dangerous solution for some side effects. Discuss concerns with a licensed medical professional

Honestly, proactive is the best product. You will see result in within like 2 wks, and it stays clear. Also, another tid bit for you is change your pillow case every 2-3 days, that way your affected areas are not being contaminated with body sweat, and other particles on your pillow. It really does help. Go to proactive's web site to buy it..

Ok, I had the same problem on my back.
I went to singapore for 3weeks and it got sunburnt really bad.
The sun seemed to clear up all the acne.
Drink WATER and nothing else, Try it for a week or so, you will notice a different.
If all else fails ask the dr to put you on acne pills.
They are free on the nhs but they take awhile to work, Oh and Ive forgotten the name of them.

try and keep sweat of your face and if you have long haird keep off your face also your hair produces natural greases that make your skin oily. For your chest and back use and non ittrating soap and wsh it well. istead of rubbing the areas with acne after you cleaned them when you get out the shower or wash them. dap the towel wash cloth etc... onto the area so it doesnt make the nurtients in your face dry

This could be your diet. Do you eat well and drink a lot of water? If not, this is definitely a contributing factor. Any eating disorders would cause this. If not, it could be stress, hormones. I would try to solve internal problems before finding a face wash. If you are very healthy then try face washes - Proactiv works.

Yes a Dermatologist is the best bet. They can prescribe something. However, acne is due to hormones and generally isn't curable. That said, learn to live in your own skin :)
