Oh my god people!!! I said CONTEMPORARY!!! I'm so sick of all of these old people in this section!!

I never said I didn't like the classics....but my question specifically said "contemporary." Hence, I was gearing my question towards the newer artists.

Max is NOT old !.. He is in the top 5 in the Texas Music Scene. I assume you do not listen to Country Music.

Edit: contemporary usually includes those of 5-10 years which would include M. C., all should be open minded. Classic is not the ONLY good country, lots of talented people now as well. For some of the hard heads, country is not the only good music either

Hey, we're not old people! I'm 19 and love the classic country. Anyway, an underrated new singer. Hmmm... How about Deanna Carter? She is very talented.

If you don't like the old people then you don't like country music and if you don't like country music then you are in the wrong section. Get out your "Mary had a little lamb " records and play that youngster.

Clint Black. Garth Brooks took away all of his thunder if there were no Garth Brooks believe me Clint Black would be as overrated as he is but as it stands he is underrated because of Garth.
