Ok so here is my situation...There are two guys in my life right now. One is the sweetest kindest guy who likes just talking on the phone and going out for lunch and just spending time with me. The other one is a total jerk who only calls me when he wants to have sex. But for some reason, whenever I am with the nice guy, all I can think about is the mean one, hoping he will call me. What is wrong with me that I would rather be wtih a guy who is blatently using me over a guy who respects me?

Maybe you like the excitement of the "bad boy" or don't feel you deserve the "good guy".
You do deserve the good guy and if you continue with the jerk, your self esteem will suffer and all you'll have is a long line of jerks who are worse and worse.
Seek counseling.

No there is nothing wrong with you! I use to be the same way! I know exactly how you feel. Its hard. But see I was stuck in a pattern where I would chose the jerks over the nice ones because to me the jerks seemed like the nice ones! But all I can say is follow your heart and be with the one who makes you the most happiest. And I hope all goes well and you do find someone who will treat you right.

thats really funny and the truth is girls like bad boys.... try taking the "bad/crazy" side out of the good guy and you're probably not going to find it the same as the other guy. i can assure you that if you go with the bad boy you're going to miss the good guy because you will get tired of the bad boy trust me on that one. There is always a side in which us girls want to get treated as a princess and thats when the good guy comes into place. If you want to get into a serious relationship just go with the good guy if you just want to mingle you got the bad boy but juts dont let the good guy know about the bad boy because then you're going to screw everything up and when you want the good guy there is no guarantee he'll be there... think about what is it that you want.... good luck with that

Maybe it is because you don't think you deserve the nicer guy? Guys who call only for sex are using you, and if you realize this and still want him, then you underestimate your own self-worth. Here is a nice, sweet guy but you only want the shithead. Ask yourself - do you really want a guy who uses you and then makes fun of you with his friends, most likely telling them everything you do? No, treat him like the **** that he is, you might be surprised and see him starting to treat you differently too.

Most women take for granted the nice guys and get a fixation on the wrong guys because those are the ones they feel they can change.
But it turns out that in the end nice guys eventually find girls that appreciate them, and the wrong guys continue using the girls that want to change them.

Well, first cut off the crazy guy. For some reason women are attracked to that. I think its a bit of a challenge to tame a bad guy. But it certainly isn't healthy. Stop talking to him! If you can't completely cut him off, take it slow. It won't be easy but you are strong enough to do it! Nice guys don't always finish last you know..give him a try!

yea that tends to happen. bad guys are so much more appealing huh? but at the end of it all, who do you really want in your life? a real relationship or are you in to just having fun? of course i would suggest to let the other guy go and you're better off with the nice guy, but if you're not that into it then you can't help it. so decide what u want .. and who's better for YOU

Typical girl by the sounds of it. No offense but I can't deal with the fact when girls complain they are with loser boyfriends and wish they would meet a nice guy and when they have the chance they STILL choose the loser!!
Go with the nice guy, he will treat you right. The jerk will probably beat you and call you names and you will feel like crap.
