Well I'm not very good with women so guy's I wouldn't take my advise unless you want to end up in the friendship zone.
1. I let them "catch me looking at them a few times and I always smile at them. Usually in a nice, sweet, almost embarrass sort of way. 2. I talk to them, just casual talk like "hi, what you been up to?" "what did you do this weekend?" "Where are you from, what do you do?" "What kind of movies do you like, food do you like, favorite color?" Things like that. 3. After I have gotten to know then and see they are nice, friendly, easy to talk to, I will ask if they would like to go to dinner and or a movie some time. If they say yes I then ask for their number and e-mail address. Then I give them my number and e-mail address.
That's really about it. I mean as I get to know them I compliment them on things like what they are wearing, their nails, hair, smile, eyes, and so on. They usually end up telling me about their life and where all they have been and what all they do and I do the same. Usually it takes me a few times being around a woman before I have the nerve to ask her out so we have gotten to know each other some through talking, e-mail and so on. Needless to say when it's all said and done I hear the words I hate the most!!!! "Your such a wonderful man, and such a good friend". That's right, friend! I am now the guy who they tell all their secrets to and the shoulder they cry on when that other guy breaks their heart. So, needless to say I'm doing something wrong. I just think it's good to get to know someone a little before you start seeing them, and I have to work up the nerve to ask them out! So if he is being nice too you, talks to you for no real reason other than to talk, if he looks at you from time to time. If when you all are together he is nice and complements you on things. Then chances are he likes you, thinks your beautiful and wants to date you. =)
