Ok so here is my situation...There are two guys in my life right now. One is the sweetest kindest guy who likes just talking on the phone and going out for lunch and just spending time with me. The other one is a total jerk who only calls me when he wants to have sex. But for some reason, whenever I am with the nice guy, all I can think about is the mean one, hoping he will call me. What is wrong with me that I would rather be wtih a guy who is blatently using me over a guy who respects me?

Maybe the problem is more, that you are not having 'enough sex' with the nice and respective guy.. You know like, maybe you just think about the mean one, b/c he sleeps with you, b/c you don't get enough sex in the other relationship.Or if you think you get enough sex, and that can't be the reason, maybe its the type of sex you are missing. I am sure the mean guy is rougher then the other, maybe you want this from your nice guy too sometimes? ;)
I would get rid of the mean guy, b/c sooner or later he is going to destroy your life. So take the nice one.. he sounds okay =)

You think you can change the jerk by sleeping with him over and over and over, which is wrong because he will not change.
You do not deserve the nice one and you know it. You feel that the nice one is too good for you and you will not live up to his expectations. The jerk knows what you are about and doesn`t care so long as you
give it to him when he wants it.
Get some self esteem and respect for yourself and stop dwelling on the jerk who will not make your dreams come true and who will eventually find someone else to give his heart to because you are not what he wants in a woman.

Dump the user before you become the same way. Maybe you want to be sexually attractive and the nice guy not shown interest that way yet. Give him time. But if you continue you seeing bad guy you will loose in the end. Be honest with yourself and your boyfriend your life will be better for it.
