If I'm dead in my grave, I doubt there'd be very much reaction at all. If you mean I was dead but somehow aware of this, only one thing would be going through my mind:

"Why is it so dark in here?"

If anyone was down there telling me this in the grave (let's say 'crypt', we'll have more space), and I'm told Islam is the truth...

Well, how about that? I'm kind of a radical atheist. Even if God exists, I'd still refuse to acknowledge him, mostly due to the tenancy agreement he laid down in various forms. I'd be disappointed to find out the universe ran in such a arbitrary and theatrical way, but it wouldn't change my beliefs a jot.

While there are very many wonderful, beautiful, faithful Muslims around the world, I consider this question to be a non-question because there is no way in heaven or earth that Islam is the truth.

I remember once reading or hearing that a miracle in the Islamic faith is that the Angel appeared to Mohammed and commanded him to write down the Koran, but Mohammed didn't know how to write, but through a miracle he was able to do it. (Forgive me if I don't have this straight - it was a long time ago when I heard or read that.)

The devil, the prince of lies, was once an angel; once the greatest angel in heaven who rebelled against God and was cast into hell along with any other angel who rebelled with him. He is a master deceiver and would venture to surmise that he is more than able and willing to pass himself off as the great angel he once was in order to mislead people from the truth. A proof of his cunning can be seen in that even in his lies, can be found a kernel of truth: that there is one true God. Not even the devil himself can deny that.

Jesus the Christ was and is the ultimate prophet of God because He is God Himself who took on human flesh and lived on earth for 33 short years. There was no need of another prophet after Jesus ascended to heaven because He sent the Holy Spirit of God to live in the hearts of His believers. There was need of apostles and disciples to spread the message, but no need of a prophet to bring any new or additional message.

Therefore, the only truth that Islam contains is the fact that there is but one true God. The rest is lies given by the father of lies in order to mislead millions of people throughout the ages.

No, the Qur'an would not restrict the slaughter of animals. you recognize how Jews have kosher nutrients? Muslims have halal nutrients. Islam would not sell terrorism. Jihad skill holy conflict, yet there is outer jihad, while one defends one's fatherland and there is inner jihad, the place one strives rid oneself of evil in one's heart. i don't understand why mosques do not enable non-Muslims interior. human beings of alternative religions are fellow human beings, yet Islam acknowledges that Jews, Christians and Sabians additionally are "human beings of the e book," this is those communities worship the single genuine God (of the Abrahamic traditions). maximum folk of Muslims are peace loving people who in basic terms choose for to stay, have households, and that they don't look to be enthusiasts. it quite is in basic terms too undesirable that lack of information facilitates human beings's minds to right away categorize a team they understand not something approximately as "terrrorists." The Qur'an gave females rights while earlier they had none (in the process the Jahiliya, lack of information of divine coaching). woman toddlers have been left for lifeless because of the fact they weren't valued. Islam relatively gave females rights (interior the case of divorce, the lady and any toddlers from the marriage must be supported). The Qur'an says that there is one God and that He on my own will decide all souls on Judgement Day. Muslims have confidence Jesus will come back on the tip of time. Islam is misperceived and it quite is a disgrace because of the fact it is so reminiscent of Christianity and Judaism. quite everyone seems to be anti-Islam because of the fact they're afraid and that they don't understand something approximately Islam. i'm hoping that's powerful.

I'm not well versed on the Islamic version of the afterlife, so I can't really tell you. It really depends upon where I would be put as an atheist. I'd be surprised either way, though depending upon what happens to me it could be either a pleasant or unpleasant surprise.

Well it isn't so there is no need to ask. Any religion that calls for so much death and despair as it has for centuries is too scary to even consider as viable. Any religious book can be taken literally by fundamentalists but unfortunately only the muslims want to seriously consider that approach and wipe out anyone or anything that doesn't follow their kick step. We beat that element back during the Crusades and it will be done again.

I would hope that God would see that I was doing what I thought He wanted, that in my own way I was living for Him, and that He would forgive me for going down the wrong path, even though my intentions were good.

I have Faith, though, that I am doing what is right.

When you already have the truth, how can you say that it is now a lie and a lie is now the truth.
