Heaven is the most wonderful place.
How do you think you can get there?
There are so many ways that people say about how to get there but i want to know the truth.
I belive that if we belive in Jesus Christ that he died for us on the cross to wash away all our sin for us to go to heaven
and that we have to ask for forgiveness when we do something bad.

I also believe in Buddha who found realities about life and taught many people to be good. My friend believe in the Hindu Gods and has made a lot of good leaders. While some religions are not happy with what the Muslims extremsts haxe been doing, there also were great men among them. Do you really think only Jesus can bring you to heaven?
IF YOU BELIEVE THAT GOD CREATED EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE THEN YOU MUST ALSO BELIEVE THAT THE HEAVEN HE CREATED IS ALSO FOR ALL BELIEVERS.
The only passport required is living in a happy. friendly, loving and peaceful life on earth.

asking forgiveness for our sins is the first step. but there is more. after recognising that we are all sinners, and we need christ, Than we must enter baptism. This is where you will find a huge amount of disagreement amoung different churches. Some say you only need to be sprinkled, others say no baptism is needed, and still others say that you must be baptised exactly the same way jesus was, by immersion.
And still others say, You need to be baptised by immersion BY The Proper Authority. This is the correct answer. Every church is different, all claim that the other is wrong. So how do you find the one and only correct one, the one that is the only church on earth authorised to baptise as jesus was baptised with the proper authority. Well, I submit that a careful look at history will give us the answer.
History teaches us that christ lived on the earth, and while he was on the earth, he set up his true church, with his true authority. After his death, his church continued for a time. It has the proper authority to opperate, but one by one, jesus's apostles were all killed off. The true authority was lost to the earth. Until the year 1820 when god himself appeared to a man named joseph smith, and restored all the true authority that exisisted in the original church. Joseph smith restored christ's true authority, and re introduced all the original saving ordinances that exisisted before christ's apostles were killed off. So, In short, in order to be saved, you must belong to the church of jesus christ of latter day saints, be baptised by the proper authority, and than go on and prove faithful all your days.

A drunk was prosetizing in a fast food restaurant a few days ago. He was disappointed when people agreed with him. He wanted to find "lost" souls so he could bring then to the truth. He actually started attacking the people who were agreeing with him; asking them how they knew they were going to heaven. He was looking for something to complain or argue about. Sad that some people can't be happy and rejoice in the salvation of others. Then again, he was half drunk.

You get to heaven by god allowing you to come.
Some people say you have to be good to god or you cant go to heaven. Some say there is no hell, they just think heaven is the only place you can go, they think it is just a make believe thing to scare people so they will be good.
I believe that if you are good and dont do anything you will regret you will go to heaven. Heaven may not even be real but it is just what you believe. but i will always believe in heaven.

Heaven and hell is right here in earth. Look what is happening globally. No one knows what happens after death. No one is sinless so what did Jesus died for. Sin is rampant from the pulpit down. Think good and do good and you may find peace. .

Ok so I see the atheist just love to jump all over questions like this so you'll have to forgive them their lack of faith. Your on the right track but you must understand Faith alone is only to get you saved by the skin of your teeth, Faith and good works is the truth. Study and pray for the holy spirit to lead you to the truth.

It's not as simple as believing in Christ and still sinning then asking for forgiveness. You'd need to become a better person. Become like Christ. Behave in a Godly Humaine way.
And practice goodness. Don't kill, don't eat meat, don't intoxicate yourself. Abstain.

I believe that if you are a good person and do feel bad and ask for forgiveness when you do something immoral, then you will go to heaven (no matter your religious beliefs, race, etc.) I don't really believe that it exists though.

As a Christian, I believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only way to Heaven. If we believe in him and admit that we were wrong and we sinned, he will forgive us, and we will go to Heaven.
