Red bump on a side of the waist that becomes bigger...?

After car accident I had alergic reaction I was having hives everywhere. now everytime when it is too hot a little red bump appears on a side of a waist where underwear touches it. Then it grows to where it looks like a ring like a ring worm becoming 3-4 inch in diam with red bumpy cirlce and normal in the center but peeling like skin in the middle sometimes it itches a lot in 2 -3 weeks it goes away complet. is it psoriasis

I don't know what it's called..but I get the same thing on my waist line. I asked my doc and she said it's a reaction to the metal on my button snap from my jeans..but I think she's wrong.

Does yours start out as a zit looking thing, grow red and then turn purple after it's "popped"??
