I had a ton of turkey and cornbread dressing left over. I have froze a large portion of just about everything for later in the year. I was told that cornbread dressing does not freeze well because of the hard boiled eggs in it. Is this true? Should I just throw it out?

defrost it and try a little, if you like it then serve it sometimes if frozen with different combinations, foods that don't freeze well will come out ok, But I would defiantly try it first before trashing it

I really don't think anything with hard boiled eggs in it would freeze good, but I am not sure, you could always try to freeze it and if it gets skanky just throw it out

Well,I don`t think the eggs will do well in the freezer, but you can try it.The worst thing that can happen is that you`ll end up throwing it out,or picking the eggs out.But then you`l know for next time!!

Hard boiled eggs that are frozen get really rubbery.
