I mean, it's obvious that you like this girl; you laugh when you're with her, you pay for her movie and dinner, you take her around in your car even though she has one of your own, you play those cutesy "you hang up first, no you hang up first" games on the telephone, so why don't you call the girl? She's the one that always has to initiate. Why? Are you scared or something?

come on... don't put all guys in the same basket.
i'm a guy and i don't call my gf neither. she calls me 99% of the time but there is a valid reason behind it.
i can't afford much credits for my mobile phone therefore since we went out together she has always called me. anyway, it is quite funny too because whenever i have some credits, i would still expect her to call me because it has just become a HABIT! she doesn't mind because she knows that I love her. I REALLY DO!

This Question cannot be assumed by all men, heck there could be guys that just ask a girl out without knowing anything about her...it all depends on the kind of guy and under what circumstances.

i always call my lady --- it would get a bit expensive for her --- its an international call
