i was trying to run a mile and a half two sets and i only did a mile the first time and then i did 2 and a half laps, i broke my stopwatch on purpose i am super pissed. what should i do i was getting 5:50's on the mile what training sould i do now? and what training is good for the 800?

just run every day from now on for about 3-6 miles

i run everyday, my calves and my thieghs got bigger--and stronger which means being really fast

trust me ive been doing it for about 2-2.5 months now as a soccer player
