It will be none of the above. The bible says that the Antichrist is anyone who doesn't follow Jesus.
THE 4 BIBLE PASSAGES:
1 John 2:18-19 "Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have arisen; from this we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, in order that it might be shown that they all are not of us."
1 John 2:22-23 "Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also."
1 John 4:2-3 "By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; and this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world."
2 John 1:7 "For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist."

All anti-christs practice a false religion. The Ultimate Anti-Christ (to come in the near future) will claim to be Christ, Himself, even seeming to perform miracles like Christ did, and will tell the World that the Old Testament Law was completely done away with and that Sunday was always supposed to have been kept to honor His Resurrection 2,000 years ago. Thus, he will head up a revival of the same Sunday-keeping, papal religion which persecuted (and slaughtered) all those, in the past (and, then, in the future), which refuse to kowtow to the papal religion.
God bless.
Joy (below me):
Yes, he will be the Lawless One -- but he won't seem to be that way when he appears. He will appear as a being of light and glory. Do not be deceived.
God bless.

Firstly, there is no speific antichrist. Many antichrists have already come into the world. I got that from the book of 1 John. This as well:
"Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. He is the antichrist.
I think you are referring to the false prophet of Revelation. I don't know. The false prophet has not arrived yet, so I don't know. Chances are he is probably going to be someone who does not practice any religion. Because according to the book of 1 John, many false prophets have already gone out into the world.

He will come out of middle east; He will seem very attractive and charismatic. He will appeal to the masses of nations. He will promise peace and will proclaim himself to be Jesus Christ. He will assist in temple worship in Israel and sit on the throne and all hell will break loose. He will perform false miracles (Lying signs and wonders) He will also raise the dead. So it will be more than likely that everyone who is alive at this time will believe in him. And he will practice mind control. When he detects and unbeliever you will be beheaded.

He will practice the religion of worship me. I am the savior of this world. He will perform miracles like Jesus did and will suffer a fatal head wound and rise again on the third day. The number of his name is 666 and is the mark of the beast that will be placed in the hand or forehead of the people. If they do not accept it, they will be killed.

Well, Time magazine says he has a bible on his jet. In my opinion, The Anti-Christ must be seen as a good person, a popular person, someone with 80 -90% approval ratings. He must be a polarizing figure, a master orator, the head of a powerful nation with a large military. The world must hold nothing against him, and all nations must see him as a powerful leader and a good man.

I think the actions of the anti-christ define it... ANY and EVERY thing that influences an individual away from the inner path to peace and light and understanding: The Kingdom Within.

Dear Butterfly,
The "Anti-christ" is satan. He is the Lord's chief enemy. All htose who follow satan (all the unsaved) are antichrists. They are against the Lord just as satan is against the Lord. You read about the mark of the beast in Revelation....the mark is not a "visible mark". However, just as a brand shows who owns a particular cow or steer, so the mark of the beast indicates that satan owns that person. You may say, well how do we know that satan "owns" a person? In Romans 6:16 we read, "Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?"
Jesus said in Matthew 7:16, "Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?"
