Not exactly. One could argue that He was created in some long ago "yesterday". I prefer these verses.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made...14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 10:30 I and my Father are one. 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

No.
Yesterday means the day before today. That only proves he wasn't created today. Today pertains to the present time. I, myself, am pretty much the same person today as I was yesterday.
Forever, on the other hand, means without end, and generally describes the future. When someone says "I will love you forever", it implies that their love will never have an end, yet it is understood that it did have a beginning.
The interpretation of this verse also has its limits. For instance, Jesus Christ hasn't always been the same being physically. Prior to his birth he existed as an eternal spirit being. After his birth he was a baby, with a physical body. Throughout his life his body grew and matured. His body was slain and became lifeless for three days. During this time Jesus existed yet again as only a spiritual being. After his resurrection, his spirit reunited with his physical body; only this time, his physical body can no longer die.

In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The Word was the temple/body for the fulness of God the Spirit. The simplicity in Christ is overlooked. The Word is the Spirit's body, and God the Spirit is the Word's Spirit or life. They are ONE. We were created in their image after their likeness; a two-fold being, body and spirit, but one person. Image & likeness have two different meanings; image means Phantom or illusion while likeness means shape or model.
Zechariah 12:1, "...saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, AND FORMETH THE SPIRIT OF MAN WITHIN HIM".
God the Spirit placed His body, the Word, into Mary's womb as a seed, and thus became that thing that was born's Father.
Simplicity!! Romans 1:20, tells us we are without excuse for not clearly seeing and understanding the Godhead, because He has shown it to us in his creation, MAN. We are inward and outward man; 2nd Cor 4:16, "...though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day".

To me, No, I read the Bible, and in the Bible, it says that Jesus is the only begotten son of God. That is my belief, whatever someone says, it is their own belief. So No, I believe that Jesus is God's son. No one is Higher then God. God has no beginning and no end. Jesus was Human. He died for our sins. Every time something is brought up about Religion and Spirituality, it becomes a war, everybody wants to be right. And, if you ask me, Everybody's belief is their own. No sense in arguing or fighting over it. This is not what God wants. I believe in the word of God, and that is it.
God Bless Everyone

Whatever answer I give you, the proof to your belief will only be your firm belief in your faith. To me he is not and never will be what it says in Hebrew 13:8. The New Testament as interpreted by the Christian faith do not agree with the Old Book totally and it has been rewritten and revised many times over to make the Old Testament obsolete. The real New testament will not be written on stones, papers or other medium of communications but in the hearts and mind of people and has not yet happened but is about to happen.
Go with what you believe but make sure it is what you feel deeply in your heart and not because it is what many have believed.
