Ex's are ex's for a reason change your number and cut them off. They think just because you were with them that they have an unlimited access to you regardless of your situation. You do not want them getting in the way of current and future relationships. They need to realize that you guys broke up for a reason. Stay strong you sound like a decent guy do not let them get to you. Good Luck

Are you responding at all to them? Do you have any contact, even if it is just to respond to one of their inquiries? Don't.
Moving may be an answer provided you leave absolutely no forwarding information.
If nothing else works and moving is not reasonable for you, change your phone # and make it an unlisted number. be particular about who you give it to and do so only with instructions that they do not give it to anyone for any reason.
Change your email. Don't use an email address that identifies you. And/Or set up your email so that messages from your ex is not accepted.
The next best thing is just don't even open an email from them. Delete it right away.
You can rent a mail box so that they can not reach you by mail. If they come to your home or work and harass you get a restraining order.
Now look at yourself. what is it about you that you continue to attract these types of women? Perhaps you need to sit down with a counselor or a good friend or someone who knows you well to help explore this.
You mentioned "If I don't answer or call back for a while." This seems to suggest that you do answer and do eventually call back some times. Stop it now.

Just be cool. No need to leave. When you meet the right girl tell her about the 2 bozos and that way when they try to talk you down should be no effect. But be honest with Miss Right

You answered your own question. The problem is. . . they don't want you but they don't want you to have anyone else. Just ignore them and move on with your life. Don't look back. . . they're your ex's for a reason. Good Luck!

Ahhhh....we all want what we can't have. They don't want you dating someone else, they want u to pine over them forever, but they don't want to be with u for some reason or another. That's human nature I guess. Good luck with that one. Mabye you should stop talking to them both.

Seems controlling, and that 2-year-girl seems psycho. Tell them straight up, "Look, you don't want me, so if you're just going to be a tease, I'm going to find my lovin' elsewhere. Bye." And then find girls who are less controlling. Good luck!
