course for 3 months and with a student visitor i can not take part time jobs only with a student visa... do I have any chance in getting permission to part time work? I am a non visa national... so I dont know if it helps!

with a "student visitor visa" your stay is limited to 6 months, you can't work, and the visa cannot be extended.
(edit to add: i don't think this is up to the entry clearance officer - i THINK the student visitor category really does mean you just can't work.)
with a "student visa" you can work the 20 hrs during term time, full time holidays, and can extend it (if say you do another course) from within the country. it's also possible to get a "student visa" for a short course and NOT be given the right to work if it's short - you need to indicate on your application that you want to.
you also need to be able to fund your studies + living accommodation without recourse to working, and have documentary proof of it.
there's a website for international students in the uk: google "UK COSA" for extended advice.
apply for the student visa (and not student visitor) anyway, if you can.

I think your chances there been a bit of concern recently about student visas and dodgy colleges setting up as 'visa factories'. Any such application is going to be looked at and probably rejected.
