Christian who KNOWS God.
Can I know God for you? No.
Those who love and seek the truth receive a gift from God called faith through faith comes revelation of God and a personal relationship with God.

Its not possible to KNOW one way or the other. I cant prove that God doesnt exist in the same way that you cant prove I dont have an invisible pet unicorn..

All you can do is look at the evidence (or lack of it) and make a judgement based on the balance of probabilities.

Most atheists believe that the existence of gods is highly unlikely, the same sort of probability as the existence of the tooth fairy or Santa for example.

An agnostic and a believer would shade the probabilities in an entirely different way.

The Abrahamic god cannot exist as listed. It is an impossibility. I know that for certain. All the other gods are accepted as being non-existant so that leaves a grand total of zero gods. What is it I have to believe in?

Edit: Atheist is only capitiilized at the beginning of a sentence. Agnostic I am unsure of.

Thomas Henry Huxley coined the term 'agnosticism' to mean the following:

"That it is wrong for a man to say he is certain of the objective truth of a proposition unless he can provide evidence which logically justifies that certainty."

Hence agnosticism is a principle rather than a position. This is quite straightforward - It doesn't mean "God is unknowable" or anything like that, it's just a way of thinking; a method by which we hope to arrive at the right answer, whatever that may be. Unfortunately, many people don't follow this principle.

No. Unless, of course, you want to be a picky semanticist about it.

You don't really know for certain that you exist. Therefore, according to your definition of agnosticism, you are an agnostic regarding your existence. Of course, this is silly.

Knowing and believing are two different things.

HA thats why im Agnostic, because i think its foolish to say your 100% right regardless of how well your evidence and emotion tells you.

But Agnostics tend to believe that there is something out there (but what?), while Atheist tend to say there isn't anything.

Nah, it all comes down to brain activity. Theists have little brain activity and typically aren't curious or inquisitive by nature whereas atheists are. Agnostics are just the middle ground. They're like the people who can't decide to leave the sinking ship into the life boats because they aren't quite certain that the ship is sinking even when the water is up to their knees - they're just naturally indecisive.

Eh. It has more to do with attitude. Sure, nobody really knows, no matter how strenuously they insist that they do. It's just a matter of what you assert. For the record, though, I think the atheists have a stronger case here - as far as evidence goes, of Heavenly Sky Father there is none.

No one wants to bother using the brain they're blessed with.. I agree.

I find overly religous people a bit more ridiculous than Atheists though.... At least Atheists have some logical credibility.
Although I dont agree with them either...
