A dog is in heat for 21 days she will get pregnant the whole cycle she can get pregant by more then one male also

A pregnant dog shouldn't be allowing a male to mount her, much less tie...might want to get together with your vet on this one, as it could be a hormone problem.

If she is still in heat she can breed with any number of dogs and have a different father for each pup
Otherwise no htey can't they can only when in heat

If she is still in her heat yes! If she is out of heat then no. I have never seen or heard of this happening in all my years of owning and breeding.

yea my male and female"tied" like 10 times during her pregnancy

Oh yes they mate several times and can continue throughout pregnancy.
