That they are mean and bark all the time if any does do this it is the same as any untrained breed will do

Well, I once heard that all the American Chihauhaus (the breed was originally from Mexico) were plotting to team up with their Mexican counterparts and take over the U.S.
I'm not so sure about that, but I swear my Chihauhau yapped, "Tu eres muy loco a la cabeza!" at me the other day.
