How on earth would you know there is nothing broken and no injuries unless she's been to the Vet?

breathes hard- broken rib?
trouble getting up- fractured bone?

Either you are not telling the whole truth or this is a bad joke, I remember seeing your question a few days ago as well. You said your mom ran over your dog and it was breathing heavy, it has been two days and your dog hasn't seen a vet YET? Somebody should report you for animal cruelty, it doesn't matter if you don't have the money for a vet or not they have payment plans so you could work something out. I really don't think you should have a dog or any other animal(if you even have a dog at all!) I would think that you would have at least CALLED a vet by now and they would have told you to bring the dog in. I can't believe that you wouldn't have brought your dog to the vet yet I can't get over your complete lack of commen sense

Did your friend bring the dog to a vet? You can't know for sure there are no internal injuries unless a vet has confirmed that. If she's having trouble sitting down and getting back up, I would think she has a small spinal injury or a pelvic/hip area injury. She could just have some bruising which is causing her to have trouble getting up and such. It's best to have a vet look at her if one hasn't already.

This dog needs to go to the vet. You can't say she has no internal injuries - you're just guessing, and that's not fair to her. There are many things that could be wrong, and the dog is obviously in pain. Please take her in to be seen. After this, maybe your friend can walk her if they don't have a fenced in yard. When you have a dog, one of your first priorities, in addition to good care, is keeping your dog safe. If she hadn't been loose, she wouldn't have gotten hit. Now your friend's family will have to pay for not taking care of her by spending some money getting her fixed. Unfortunately, there is no way anyone on this list can tell you what's wrong with this poor girl. All we can tell you is that she needs help from someone who knows what they're doing.

Geeze dude! How can you possibly know what the dogs injuries are if you dont bring the dog to the vet to have her checked out!
dog tend to hide pain very well and injuries also. Breathing hard can mean a lot of things to being in pain to having broken ribs.
Get the dog into the vets!

She must have injured her leg and/or hip to have problems sitting and getting back up. Breathing hard could be from the pain or due to a diaphramatic hernia (which can push up on the lungs and suffocate the dog). You can hope she doesn't have any internal injuries, but since they are internal (inside) you can't tell for sure. Best thing would be to get checked over by a vet for broken bones, listen to her lungs, and get her on some pain relief.

And, you know it has no internal injuries because...?
How about you get run over by a car, let me look at you and decide you have no internal injuries? How's that?
Seems like an epidemic in your life, dogs being run over.
If this is true, take them all to the vet. Then, give them nice new home. Get no other dogs. Please.
If it's not true, find something else to do.

Without a doubt, if your dog got ran over, you should definitely call the vet!!! It doesn't matter if you feel that it has no internal injuries, you should still get him/her to the vet asap!! How do you know there are no internal injuries? The only real way of knowing is to take him/her to the vet to get checked out.

He/she might have sprained or hurt their back, hip, or legs somehow so you have to make sure for their sake!

how do you know she has NO internal injuries? that's why they have X-RAYS arnt you the one who reported me for telling you, you don't deserve a dog which is still my opinion that's if you even have one at all how old are you? why waste every body's time here put your focus on your dog not on the computer!!!!!
smells like a troll to me LOL
edit: since the last question you asked concerning this matter
YOU stated it was YOUR MOTHER who hit the dog don't you think an ADULT should be handling this situation not a KID
shouldn't it be your MOTHER!!!!:(

By law you r friend should have already seeked vetrinary care. this is actually against the law not takeing the dog to hte vets.
She can actually have a hairline fracture and it can get worse if not treated.
teh breathing problem can be from an injured lung that can easily cause infection and kill her.
