Certainly not. It's bad English. But I don't really know what you're trying to ask. Perhaps you'd like to ask, "How much longer will the film run?" or "Will we have to wait long for the film to end?" or "Is the film ending soon?" or "Is the film coming to an end?"
Cheers!

You need the context.
If we were talking about a movie with a long ending, and someone was supposed to have shortened the ending, then it might be OK to ask, "Is it still long yet?" This means, "I don't know which ending is currently playing. Is the ending still too long?"
You have a kind of redundancy going with "still" and "yet" in the sentence. Even with this convoluted context, it would have been OK to just ask, "Is it still long?"

When you refer to the upcoming end of a film, you need to say "Is it over soon?" or "How much is left?". You can even say "Is there much time left in this film?"

I think and is some what sure that this cannot be substituted with any other way of calling. Hi - has become a saluting language/word which everybody use now a days irrespective of their country, language etc.

No, that doesn't really make sense... I think you are thinking of "Will it be long?" in relation with time remaining?
