Yes, she did. When Mary gave birth to the baby Jesus, that baby was BOTH 'fully human' and 'fully GOD' and since there were no 'baby bottles' back then, she had to nurse God from her very breasts. That is why Mary was 'assumed into Heaven' with her body intact, and why many people pray to her to 'intercede' with both God and Jesus for them. I realize it's a 'tricky question' but since the baby Jesus was 'fully God' Mary did 'give birth to God' even though God was still 'in Heaven' and tending to that business ... the first 'multi-tasker' at work, I suppose. It's really a neat idea, and one that deserves thinking about ...

1Ti 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Mary gave birth to Jesus, the Son of God. The traditional understanding of Jesus is that he is one with the Father and with the Holy Spirit. Christians worship one God in three Persons - a mystery which can never be explained nor understood in any objective way. It is in the realm of faith. Since Jesus is one with the other Persons of the Trinity he is equal in all things with them and the understanding is that he is God. The logical assumption is that Jesus would have been fed by his mother's milk.

jesus is second person in the trinity, mary gave birth to jesus and therefore gave birth to god, it is called the incarnation.
mary can therefore rightly be called the mother of god.
jesus was fully human and fully divine.
try www.newadvent.com go to the I section and look for incarnation for more.
interesting note, bethlehem means "house of bread" and manger means "to eat", further evidence for the catholic teaching and understanding of the real presence of jesus in the eucharist.

good question. thank you. In a manner, confident! God had Jesus WITH HIM eons till now Mary gave beginning to him. The Apostle Paul refers to Jesus as "the firstborn of all creation" at Colossians a million:15. for sure he develop into confirming what Christ himself suggested there in John 3:sixteen. If Jesus develop into God himself, then the assertion he made at John 3:sixteen could be a lie. @Nous: To the Romans, Jesus develop into no longer something. An annoyance. I doubt they stored data of each prisoner carried out for the duration of their rule.
