Just exactly what IS wrong with bragging about what GOD (not ME) had done? This has nothing to do with pride OR humility. If I were showing off my skills as a football player, bragging about how good I am, THEN you would have something to complain about.
Let me ask YOU something - if YOUR team was winning, would you sit back quietly in the corner and not say a peep? Or would you be bragging about what a great team you have, "and just look at the way that runner took the ball right down to the 5 yard line from the other side of the field!" Come on - you know you would, so get real!
So, what's the difference? Are you saying it's ok for YOU, but not for US? (I think there's a term for that, and it starts with "hypocr")

well , Peacocks are smart.....they know that if they don`t put on a "good show" , they don`t get noticed! Put on TOO much of a show and the Opposites react!
