My virus program [ Webroot Spy Sweeper] expires in one day. I was wondering if I uninstall it and install a new virus protector, will all of my quarantined items will still be on my computer? Also, if I deleted it from quarantined will it be on my computer? Thank You

Spysweeper is NOT an antivirus program. Webroot have a separate antivirus program for sale. Whoever told you that this is your anti-virus has mislead you. Anti-spyware is separate from anti-virus.

Quarantined items have been removed from your PC. They just stay in the program's repository, ready to be restored in case you change your mind. If you don't want to ever see them again, just wipe out the whole thing.

when uninstalling programs, it may ask you if you want to delete all the files. If it doesn't, sometimes a folder is left behind and you can find it and remove it after the uninstalling is done. some programs will tell you where it keeps quarantined files.
If you delete something from quarantine, it's been deleted. To restore something from quarantine is to put it back, which is not what you want.
