You could do a brown and white rice dish. (Not sure as I would do anything cajun, as you are not sure how others feel about the major spicy.) Or perhaps just bring a nice wilted spinach salad with bacon. Both of these go great with Shrimp!!

Cajun rice. Get the Zatarains or similar brand. Easy to make
and very good.

A rice dish would work. So would just about any stir-fried vegetables.
