It depends on what they're looking for at the time. If they just want to get laid (which is most of the time), we choose a woman who will do that with us. When it comes to looking for someone to build a relationship with, we look for someone suitable for that. I'm not sure that I'd call it "class", but it's a different set of attributes.

depends who you meet --- some are only after sex some want more --- as in a long term stable relationship --- so im sorry you will just have to keep trying to decode the individual ---- best wishes

good personality
funny
kind hearted
down to earth
does not care what anyone els thinks about her because shes who she is and noones going to change that
knows what shes doing in life
bassicly, a girl that i could marry someday, im happy with just one person and its hard to find a down to earth good hearted girl.

I know some guys care more about how the girl acts around them, and the proof is in my sweet guy friends.
Many do just care about the a** and money, though. Isn't it the same with girls?
