You can apply for state, federal, and local grants. You can apply for scholarships. When all else fails, you can borrow the money and pay it back after you graduate.

Yes, you can, but it is more difficult. For your bachelor's degree, it requires your parents' income and savings into the formula when you complete the FAFSA form, but your medical school financial aid will be based on your income and savings. However, there are scholarships out there to help fund it. The best to get are the local ones because you will have less competition than the national based ones. Your high school guidance office has a list of the local scholarships. I recommend applying for every scholarship you qualify for consideration to minimalize the potential of student loans. I will include some free resources to locate money for college. Good luck!

Yes you silly goose, you can go to college without money from your parents. You should start applying for scholarships right away, and get a part time job and saving every dime. Consider starting at a community college and living at home or with relatives and then transferring to a university after you earn that associates degree.
Good luck.

You apply for loans, grants, and scholarships. A lot of people aren't lucky enough to have their parents pay for their schooling. Good luck!!
