is true that now a days we see in tv shows that if he doesn't take a step you "better" take one, but some men preffer to do it themselves. so wait for a while, try to find out more about him, single? w/kids, divorced?... ect "does he like to work"""" (this one is very important)!!! what is he like...?
try to find out and if he doesn't come in a month, then you go ahead and text hem saying "I just wanted to say hi, and c how were u doing" and that's a good "friendly reminder" saying "I'm alive!!!

Yes, he does because when someone go that far he/she is really into (liking) you. He's watching you and wants you to notice and acknowledge him with the same action. Do you like him enough to play the game with him? if so stalk him.

His use of the word "stalk" is just a little bit creepy. However, he thinks that you have really liked him for a long time, and he has also liked you for a long time.
