You certainly deserve stars for asking such a multi-pointed question.

Fact is, there is no Best way to get what you want, it all depends on the circumstances and the person you're trying to get something out of.

For instance, wiggling your fanny will work with one guy while another may insist you go all the way. And yet another might not tumble to your physical charms, and insist that you contribute to an intelligent conversation.

I say 1st u keep on asking for a few days to see if whoever your asking gives in or at least sofens up

then if that dosent work you should try nagging say things like "ohh but you never get me anything so this (item) would make up for it" [well that works for me anyways]

this should only be a last resort and that is to take big strops or take tantrums its VERY immature but mostly get the person to get it
