Going to heaven is an assumption of presumptuous men. The bible does not state that all who profess to believe in Jesus would go to heaven. Those who have the hope of heavenly life are few and God is the one that chooses them. The bible does offer the opportunity for everlasting earthly life for those who make an effort to understand God's plans for the earth and see how they fit into his plans.
Jesus said the meek would inherit the earth (Mathew 5:5) He said this because he knew what his father promised at Psalms 37:9-11,29. This also shows that people will be cut off or destroyed from the earth. Do you think if you go around with an attitude and assert that you are going to heaven that you will? People should make sure of all things and test their beliefs before asserting anything, especially that God wants them in heaven? The bible reveilles the truth if you ask the right questions and allow it to be the finial authority.

Nope. You have to repent, be baptized in Jesus Name and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. See Acts 2:38. Nowhere is scripture does it say that you go to Heaven because you believe.

Believing in Jesus Christ as your Savior is the way into heaven. It is by God's grace, not works, that we enter His presence. However, if we truly have a relationship w/Christ, we will not want to do evil things. If someone claims to know Christ, but murders, rapes, etc, he may have never truly believed. That's only for God to judge.

You have to believe Jesus is your savior, ASK FORGIVENESS OF SIN AND REPENT (TURN AWAY) from sin. You must do this sincerely. You can't just recite it like a robot. God knows your heart.
So, yes, it is possible for rapists, murderers, etc. to go to Heaven. I would say it is unlikely they would sincerely repent right before death though. They would be too hard-hearted by then.
And by the way, Bush will most likely be making it to Heaven

Romans 6:1 "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?" Many will say they believe in Christ as their savior, but without the transformation in their lives and the desire for things of God, they are simply tricking themselves into a feel-good fire insurance policy which simply doesn't exist. The Bible is very clear on "Go and sin no more."
Here it is in a nutshell: If you say you believe in Christ, but are a rapist, murderer, etc.. you're very likely just lying to yourself.

Repentance is required. On must be sorry for any sins committed. Believe that Jesus is Lord, our Redeemer and Savior. that He has died for our sins on the cross and has risen

If someone genuinely believes in Christ as saviour they will live their lives in accordance with God's wishes.
Everyone who truly repents and turns from their old ways will find a place with God through the grace offered by Christ our Lord.
Hitler did not believe in Christ as saviour,if anything he was an atheist/occultist

I believe that you must also do good works. I also believe that not everyone who believes will go to Heaven, and not everyone who doesn't believe will go to hell. God is the judge, not me, and His criteria cannot be 100% certain.

That is not how I read Scripture. The contract is take the name of YHVH, and follow His rules. That is how you become part of the "bride" of the Messiah. Murdering, etc. proves you choose to hold on to sin, not the Messiah, and in that case, you are going where it is, to the lake of fire.

Just believing isn't going to get you to heaven you need to repent except him as your savior. You also need to live according to the Bible.
