He's G-D. He can do whatever He wants. :-p
Your question reminded me of the Catholic teaching that Jesus wasn't born like a normal human child is born, that he was carried down by angels. That would infer that Mary still had her hyman, and was therefore still a virgin.
"What the Baby Jesus left His chaste Mother’s womb, He did so miraculously without opening it or any part of her body. There were no lesions or ruptures. As light goes through a windowpane without shattering it, so the Messiah departed from Our Lady’s body without changing her virginal state."

God can do whatever He pleases, however, most Christians don't think Mary was a virgin after the birth of Jesus. The Bible never claims this. It is a Catholic Church teaching. The Bible states that Jesus had brothers and sisters. (All younger than Himself.)

Jeff A: Why must you lie to prove your point?...no where in the bible does it say that the "brothers and sisters" of Jesus were younger than Our Lord. Do yourself a favour and read spiritroaming's response very carefully...God-willing, it will sink in. Your error is understandable as you have rejected His Church you also reject the Truth.

No. Jesus had several siblings. Also, there is no reason believe that Mary was ever a virgin in the first place. The Hebrew word that was translated as "virgin" in the Bible would more accurately say "young girl," referring to her being around 13 or 14 when she married. No where does it say that Jesus was born of a virgin. The idea of him being Immaculately Conceived is only inferred from these poorly translated texts.

With God, all things are possible.
However, after the birth of Jesus, Mary and Joseph consummated their marriage and also had other children.
Hope that helps!

She was a virgin until she and Joseph consummated their marriage after the proper time after child birth.
I doubt if her hymen remained intact after childbirth.

I would say that he can reform and resurrect. If he can bring a body that is dead back to life. I am sure he can mend skin together....(smile) All is possible.
