There is no way that you can lighten the color of brown sugar. You have to buy white sugar.

Sugar goes through lots of processing at the factory stage to change from brown to white so there is no way you can change brown sugar into white at home. Try a different shop/market where you may be able to buy white sugar.

You can usually find golden sugar along side the brown sugar at any bigger grocery store.

You can not bleach it at home. Anyway it is sweeter and healthier. What is the problem using it?
