If it is done as a Same Day, likely under $6000. It takes way less time than say a face lift. You should be able to call to get a guestimate. The doc would actually have to see you to figure out a more finite price.
I had mine done at 9 and it was covered by insurance.

Go see a cosmetic surgeon for a free consultation.
How much is it likely to cost?
Prices may vary between £2,000 and £2,500 but ear surgery is free on the NHS for children.

Mine are the same, I hate it, I always have. You can get it done on the NHS. I am on the list, just go to your doc, show him your ears, and if they are bad enough and I mean bad, you will get put on the NHS waiting list.

If you live in the UK and are under 16 all ear surgery is free. My sister's earrings went all weird and slowly ripped out (by themselves) and she had to get plastic surgery done to her ear lobes because there was horrible scars.

The quote I received for my daughter, in the NYC tri-state area, was $8,000 including doctor and facility and anesthesia fees. We had the money, but decided against it because my daughter, god bless her, is well-adjusted and really didn't care either way.
