im not sure if this works but ive been told you light your pubic hairs on fire and as they come out you stab them with an ice pick surely it cant hurt to try purely drug free

How to treat pubic lice infestations:
1. Wash the infested area; towel dry.
2. Thoroughly saturate hair with lice medication. If using permethrin or pyrethrins, leave medication on for 10 minutes; if using Lindane, shampoo should only be left on for 4 minutes. Thoroughly rinse off medication with water. Dry off with a clean towel.
3. Following treatment, most nits will still be attached to hair shafts. Nits may be removed with fingernails.
4. Put on clean underwear and clothing after treatment.
5. To kill any lice and nits that may be left on clothing or bedding, machine wash those washable items that the infested person used during the 2-3 days before treatment. Use the hot water cycle (130o F) of the washing machine to wash clothes. Use the hot cycle of the dryer for at least 20 minutes to dry clothes.
6. Dry clean clothing that is not washable.
7. Inform any sexual partners that they are at risk for infestation.
8. Do not have sex until treatment is complete.
9. Do not have sex with infected partners until partners have been treated and infestation has been cured.
10. Retreat in 7-10 days if lice are still found.

This will burn but It should work.Shave off the hair for best results and then soak the area in bleach.It will burn.Or keep the hair and use bleach on it.Good luck,and in the future ,keep your stuff in your pants!

I'd shave and get some medicine to rid them. I believe you can ask the pharmacist for something like that and get it over the counter. Hurry.

Get some lice shampoo at the drugstore.
Hey, it works for head lice, why not pubic lice?
I guess. I mean, I can't vouch for it...but we used it on a puppy we had with these horrible lice and it worked on those, so it ought to kill what ails ya without killing your bits and pieces.
