Is morning sickness genetic?

My mother never had morning sickness with any of her 4 kids. I was wondering, if i ended up pregnant, would i have morning sickness.

morning sickness is hormonal, not genetic and no two women experience pregnancy in the same manner.

it all depends, sometimes people have it with the first pregnancy and not with the second.
