Yes, you absolutely totally can make delicious wine out of those ingredients, and you should do it right now. I don't know what that other person is talking about, it will be the best experience of your life. In fact, I had some orange-cornmeal wine just the other day.

There is no need for the cornmeal. You can make something alcoholic with any fruit and baker's yeast... it's called pruno... not really wine, and barely drinkable...

If you are interested in making wine, check out your local homebrew shop, or online at http://www.midwestsupplies.com for some wine yeast. And while you're there, pick up a winemaking starter kit. This will include all the equipment you need to make wine at home.
