It's believed true by it's author, who has firm views on who is and isn't redeeemed even if he can't spell it.

WOULD "THAT" REALLY BE POSSIBLE????

" IF " They were "real" "TRUE" Christians (and not just FULL OF RELIGION) there would be nothing to fear and only the FALSE could be moved. It is also the FALSE who, (like Pharisees and Sadises) chastise and criticize others out HERE and elsewhere. A true Christian is Christ-like, and sets an example of, understanding, kindness, unlimited patience, and FAITH. Not condemning, criticizing, and bad-mouthing others, trying to SHOVE "FAITH" down others throats like a religious ZEALOT in the name of GOD!

With tongue in cheek, I would have to say true.

I am very blunt about my wish to end the influence of religion in government and purge it from the schools because I think it works against the truth of science.

I am destine for death just like the whole lot of you. If you really think you are going to avoid it, good for you...but you can't prove it. I can. [Everyone dies]

Yes, as an atheist, I know God is real but instead I want the void and I want to pull everyone else into this void that I so desperately want to jump into.

I don't think so. All reasonable atheists acknowledge that there is some chance that their Creator exists. This means there is a chance that one day their Creator is going to ask why he or she didn't seek Him. Coming from God, this is going to be a serious problem if it ever were to happen. Part of the atheist defense will be to point to the bad behavior of believers, e.g. hypocritical or ignorant behavior.

a) I'm not interested in "pulling down" or otherwise converting anyone.

b) it should be pull down to hell, not void :) Non-christians go to hell, atheists die. So, the asker was apparently assuming we're right (void, not hell) and still saw it as pulling down, not helping them see the truth; contradiction.

c) and IMHO the original asker was an idiot.

Well, people have all sorts of beliefs about G-d and redemption, and the void, and such. So regarding all that, it depends whom you ask.

But from my experience, atheists are not terribly commited to convincing others of anything. They just don't want people trying to convert them. That's reasonable enough, don't you think?
