Regarding things that are not silly in nature, there are a few things that God cannot do. For example, He cannot lie. There are also a few things that God *won't* do. For example, He won't override free will.
God bless.

Yes there are a few things . He can not lie , He can not do the wrong thing. he can not judge unfairly . But God can and will do anything consistent with his will. No one can stop God .
And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation: And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou? Daniel 4:34-35

"His Omnipotence means power to do all that is intrinsically possible, not to do the intrinsically impossible. You may attribute miracles to Him, but not nonsense. This is no limit to His power. If you choose to say 'God can give a creature free will and at the same time withhold free will from it,' you have not succeeded in saying anything about God: meaningless combinations of words do not suddenly acquire meaning simply because we prefix to them the two other words 'God can.'... It is no more possible for God than for the weakest of His creatures to carry out both of two mutually exclusive alternatives; not because His power meets an obstacle, but because nonsense remains nonsense even when we talk it about God." - C.S. Lewis, The Problem of Pain

There is nothing that God cannot do, there are many things He chooses, because of Who and What He is, NOT to do.
So, He does not lie, cheat, steal, covet, worship idols, take His name in vain, break His Holy Sabbath...etc.
God chooses NOT to do these things for our sake. If He did do these things, then He may as well destroy us now and start over because He would not have the moral authority over us that He does.

Wow! Based on most of these answers there is a lot god cannot do. Can't lie, can't commit evil, etc. I guess he isn't omnipotent after all...
You should have said that he can lie, commit evil etc, yet he chooses not to. That would make more sense. Sometimes I wonder how far theists really think their beliefs through. My guess is never any further than the person who told it to them.

Let's find out.
If God controls the destiny of the entire universe, he must be omnipotent — all-powerful.
An omnipotent being can create any object.
An omnipotent being can lift any object.
Can an omnipotent being create a rock that he cannot lift?
This paradox proves that an omnipotent being is impossible; therefore if God exists, he cannot be omnipotent. If he isn't omnipotent, he doesn't hold absolute power over the universe.

Yes. He cannot do anything contrary to His nature. Therefore He cannot do evil since He is all-good. He cannot learn or realize something or forget something since He is all-knowing. He cannot lack the power to do something since He is all-powerful. Etc. Also He cannot act contrary to His own plan. Therefore He cannot interfere in the actions of men and prevent the evil they do, since He has created them with free will and full responsibility for their own moral decisions.

Well, He hasn't managed to get rid of Satan yet, has He?
As for "God can't become you", What nonsense! God alredy IS you. Everone and everything is part of Him and He is part of everyone and everything. I would have thought that would have been self-evident.
